The economy, is it in a recession? Bush admits to "uncertain times" but recession is here already despite arguments to the contrary. Justice Scalia says torture is okay under some circumstances. I say it's not, information gained is unreliable. Buffett boosts stock market but it's short lived at best. Recession leads to depression in the end and maybe worse than the "Great" depression. FISA passes with telecom immunity another blow to privacy rights, despite tremendous opposition. Comcast defends it's internet management before the FCC, bad news for net neutrality and dangerous precedent for the future. Dangerous times ahead.
