TUTORIAL:: Naughty Nauticals; Ensign Face Chart

Hello all! This is my look inspired by the Ensign face chart at maccosmetics.com. EYES Pencil in brows with Fling Eye Brows. Use Lovely Lily Pigment under the brow with a 217 Brush. Fill in the lids with Smoothblue Technakohl Liner using a 242 Brush, blend in Submarine Eye Shadow with a 252 Brush. Smooth Bell-Bottom Blue Pigment in the crease of the eye using a 224 Brush. Line the whole upper lashline with Smoulder Eye Kohl and a 266 Brush. Using a 219 Brush line the lower lashline with Smoothblue Technakohl Liner and Meet The Fleet Eye Shadow. Slather lashes in Plush Lash Plush Black Mascara. I hope you like it~!
