This is the original version on the Peacock label from Houston TX rec.1953 w. Big Mama Thornton & Johnny Otis Band, that became even more popular with a guy named Elvis the year after (you can hear/see that Elvis original 45's also here at my youtube). But beetween here another guy came with an answear to big mama's song. He recorded "Bearcat" on Sun Records Memphis TN just month after Thornton came out with her Peacock issue.
