Treadmill
Thanks to those of you that remind me about this initiative and channel on my Nalts account. Treadmilling but not eating well enough or lifting weights. It's so easy to forget isn't it? Please keep the advice coming. I'm doing a lot of travel in the next weeks, and could use some suggestions that actually work!
Questions- is there any benefit to fasting temporarily to cleanse the body, or is that hogwash? Any good books on tape you recommend (saw someone suggested Weil's 8 weeks) for long-term mentality changes about health and wellness?
