A New Beginning For PSB '07 (Dominic's Speech)

This is the video of the new PSB ExCo speech by Dominic, PSB Head '06, on 26 Feb 2007. A gag in Dominic's speech was Sajiv was thought to be the Asst. Head but that place was taken by Matthew (as predicted). This is dedicated to the PSB ExCo 2007 that this will remind them of the day they "officially" became an ExCo member and make the Board better. (I used "officially" as the "official" one would be during the Founder's Day Investiture) Go PSB Go! Due to the nature of this video, certain options (such as external embedding) are disabled. I wish not to get unwanted attention from this video from previous experiences.
